A master trust or master fund is a managed investment which is designed to offer investors a range of funds all within a single account framework.

One of the key benefits of a master fund is consolidated investment reporting and having contact with only one service provider (who then handles all the administration for you).

They can be used for both superannuation and non-superannuation investments.
